Who’s behind Sorted Fundraising

I’m Angus, a parent in New South Wales. I built Sorted Fundraising for our daycare’s mango fundraiser, run by our parents’ committee, so the volunteers could skip the cash, the bank transfers and the spreadsheet.

It’s run by me, not a big company. I use AI to help build and support it, which is how one person can keep the fee low and still answer your questions.

Straight answers

Where the money goes: Straight into your group’s own Square account, then to your bank as Square normally pays you. It never passes through us. Our fee is taken by Square at the moment of each payment.
If we ever stopped: Your money is already in your own account. You can download every order as a spreadsheet at any time, and Square keeps its own record of every payment.
Card details: Typed into Square’s secure payment form. We never see or store card numbers.
Your buyers’ details: Used only to run their order: the confirmation, the draw, pickup. Stored encrypted, in Australia. Never sold, shared or used for marketing. Privacy
Checked groups: We check every new group before its pages go public, so parents know a fundraiser is real.
